My thanks to Dale and Cameron for their assistance in setting up my compressor (and attachments) with new fittings - I had purchased a retractable air-hose reel and needed to change my old fittings to nitto" fittings. They both had a heap of patience and lots of good advice for a "newbie" who was out of his depth - I couldn't recommend these people and this company more highly"

Had to repeat myself to 3 different staff members to what kind of compressor I required. Knew exactly what I wanted purely availability information. After half an hour of waiting around they took my details and told me they would call when the next shipment would arrive which was 6 weeks later in January. It's now end of Feb and no call.

Thanks to Dale and Cameron at the Canning Vale store for helping me with my setup with the new workshop.They came out to the site where we talked about what I wanted to do, they came up with a plan to fit my budget and Dale and his off sider came out and installed all the pipping, hose reels, compressor and dryer. Took a lot of going back and forth to get it right but all working perfectly now, completely ’stoked’. No-one would of given me all that extra time and advice for Free.Thanks Guys.

Dale from Airtools Wa is a lifesaver! Compressor broke down and we were losing money without it. He came our straight away and had it up and running before lunch. Great Work!

As i walked through the door I could see the look of disgust in the lady's eyes follow by a curt 'can we help you' This was followed up with disinterest in my request, and they clearly did not want to help me.I could barely explain what I was trying to do without the 'no' popping out.If you come to this place make sure your in your best as they clearly judge you by your looks.You can bet the next time we need to replace our screw compressor we certainly wont be coming here, and unfortunately the old piston compressor I am trying to restore for my grandfather will have to wait a bit longer until I can find some decent people.Edit: 21/6/19 due to the owners response. All I wanted was for the staff to take an interest in what I wanted to achieve and do their best to help me. Whilst they listened to my request the response was a straight no as soon as i finished, i made a suggestion to achieve my goal which was recieved doubtfully, this was then begrudgingly looked into with a disinterested ruffle through some boxes ending in 'we don't have anything close.'The claim of 15yrs experience and being able to help many other customers seems illegitimate, as all they had to do was measure my cylinder head bolt pitch compare it to the later models on the floor and order the late model parts I wanted.Unfortunately I could clearly tell I was not welcome so I left before this could be achieved.

I was given the task of finding a compressor to be delivered overnight so my partner could finish a job and get back home in time for the weekend. I thought it would be hard but Rosemary pulled everything together, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, great range of products. Highly recommend.

Phoned everyone and no one could help me sort my broken air compressor. Phoned Denny from Airtools Wa, brilliant results. He knew what he was talking about and fixed my problem straight away. Definitely recommend their great service!

After checking with other companies, I found the best advice and prices here. Big range of industrial air compressors, air hose reels, air dryers, etc... as a local guide, I can comfortably say they are the best in Perth.

I ordered an airline water separator online on Sunday night. I received the automated response email and that was the last I heard from Airtools WA until I sent an email to them on Wednesday asking what was going on. To be honest I was a bit of a smart arse in the email but nothing over the top just commenting on them having my money and not updating me plus a line about poor customer service.A while later I receive 4 emails from them. 3 of them were the same with an invoice and a link to track my delivery the last from Rosemary telling me I “was rude” and that they give “fantastic customer service”She then went on to tell me that there was a spelling error. There was? Where? I took a guess that it was her inputting my email address wrongly.So, here it is, Friday, and still no water separator. I tried to follow the link Rosemary sent me to see where my package was but all I got was a login page asking me for an email address and password. I did make mention of that to her too but she has chosen to ignore it.I could have walked from Queensland to WA and back by now and picked it up myself.Rosemarys communication skills are absolutely terrible and her spelling and grammar are just as bad. If you’re going to give someone a serve like she tried to give me, at least dictate and spell it out right.Honesty, I’ll never buy again from this mob due to the extremely slow delivery and Rosemarys attitude. It is off putting and sours any purchase.Putting it bluntly she is a disgrace and should not be dealing with customers. Company protocols are also lacking in follow up. In this day and age I should have received a follow up email asking about my purchase and the experience. It is the only way the Rosemary’s of this world will be kept away from the buying public. So, lastly, where the hell is my purchase? Seriously, if it doesn’t arrive by Monday I’ll be calling the bank and getting the payment reversed. I’ll just go and by a different product locally which I now wish I had done in the first place.
