From start to finish, their team, led by Jake and his apprentice, demonstrated the utmost professionalism and manners.The installation process was seamless and efficient. Jake and his apprentice worked diligently, ensuring that every aspect of the installation was handled with precision and care. They showed great expertise in their field, and it was evident that they had extensive knowledge about air conditioning systems.Not only did they install the new air conditioner flawlessly, but they also took the time to explain the functions and features of the equipment. My thanks to Dale and Cameron for their assistance in setting up my compressor (and attachments) with new fittings - I had purchased a retractable air-hose reel and needed to change my old fittings to nitto" fittings. They both had a heap of patience and lots of good advice for a "newbie" who was out of his depth - I couldn't recommend these people and this company more highly"

Richard was the Total Air & Electrical technician who inspected & repaired my ducted Air Con unit.He was very friendly, thorough, obliging with his time & helpful. He showed me the problem causing the stoppage of my unit, explained how it happened & explained what the repairs entailed which he was able to do on the spot.He was able to advise me of future repairs that could be considered to improve the efficiency of my AC but did not force those ideas on to me.The price for inspection & repairs & cleaning was very reasonable & I will definitely use TA&E services again & definitely recommend them to my friends and others.Thanks again Richard & George at TA&E ServicesMegan Phillips

Best prices, range and service

Had to repeat myself to 3 different staff members to what kind of compressor I required. Knew exactly what I wanted purely availability information. After half an hour of waiting around they took my details and told me they would call when the next shipment would arrive which was 6 weeks later in January. It's now end of Feb and no call.

Thanks to Dale and Cameron at the Canning Vale store for helping me with my setup with the new workshop.They came out to the site where we talked about what I wanted to do, they came up with a plan to fit my budget and Dale and his off sider came out and installed all the pipping, hose reels, compressor and dryer. Took a lot of going back and forth to get it right but all working perfectly now, completely ’stoked’. No-one would of given me all that extra time and advice for Free.Thanks Guys.

Great service from Liam at Total Air today. We have had a fault in our aircon and he quickly diagnosed the issue, and advised the cost of parts to repair. He also completed a service. Was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I also really appreciated the text advising me of his arrival time. Will definitely use the team again!

Had Total Air out on Thursday and couldn't recommend them highly enough! Liam was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Will be getting my annual servicing done with Total Air going forward.
